MEET OUR TEAM
BRYAN HUNTER, SPHR
PRESIDENT & FOUNDER
Bryan is the founder of 937 Payroll and has spent more than 15 years helping Dayton-area businesses simplify payroll, stay compliant, and better support their teams.
A native of Oakwood and graduate of The Ohio State University, Bryan brings a local, relationship-driven approach to payroll services for businesses. He lives in Springboro with his wife, Emily, their three children, and their Silver Lab.
ALEC SNEAD, CPP
VICE PRESIDENT
Alec was our first hire at 937 Payroll and has played a key role in our growth and success. He graduated from the University of Dayton with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics. Outside of work, Alec enjoys playing music and spending time with his wife and daughter.
REBECCA
RODRIGUEZ, CPP
IMPLEMENTATION MANAGER
Rebecca is a graduate of Wright State University. As our Implementation Manager, she manages all of our new and existing client onboarding. In her free time she loves to spend time with family, explore local parks, try different baking recipes and keep up with her favorite sports teams.
ANDREW KOORNDYK
IMPLEMENTATION SPECIALIST
Andrew is originally from Dayton and graduated from Hope College with a degree in chemistry. He returned home after college with the goal to give back to the community that shaped him. With a background in customer service, he’s built strong problem-solving skills and a focus on supporting clients. In his free time, Andrew enjoys spending time with friends, going on walks, and following local sports.

RYAN AUBLE
CLIENT SUCCESS SPECIALIST
Ryan brings a strong background in restaurant management, with many years of experience in customer service and problem-solving. A graduate of the University of Cincinnati, he originally hails from Cleveland and remains a devoted fan of Cleveland sports teams.

Outside of work, Ryan enjoys spending quality time with his wife and family, staying involved in their activities, and getting out on the golf course whenever he can.
LAURA HAMPTON, FPC
COMPLIANCE SPECIALIST
Laura Hampton is a graduate of Miami University who grew up in Richland county. After being in large-scale retail for years, she was looking to start working with a smaller business that has a strong impact on the community, and found that here at 937 Payroll. She brings strong experience in customer service and working with technology to the team. Outside of work, Laura manages a whole menagerie of animals, including a herd of horses, two cats, and a dog!
TAYLOR GREEAR, aPHR
HR SPECIALIST
Taylor lives in New Carlisle with her husband Justin and their 4 animals. As our HR Specialist, she helps clients with their Human Resources, Hiring, and Onboarding needs. Outside of work she enjoys reading, spending time with friends, watching the Bengals, and exploring the outdoors.
DREW WILLIAMS
PAYROLL SPECIALIST
Drew is originally from Portsmouth and is a graduate of Morehead State University. He brings a diverse professional background spanning sales, office management, accounting, and music education throughout the Tri-State region and Indiana. Over the course of his career, Drew has developed strong skills in communication, team collaboration, and problem-solving, allowing him to adapt and succeed in a variety of professional environments.
Outside of work, Drew enjoys drumming, playing guitar, and performing live music at local venues. He is also passionate about technology and computer building through his business. His wide-ranging experience and hands-on approach make him a valuable asset both professionally and personally.
CERENITY MILLER
CLIENT SUCCESS SPECIALIST
Cerenity is a born and raised Dayton native. She is an alumna of Dayton Early College Academy (DECA) and Wright State University. At WSU she graduated with a BA in Marketing. She has years of entrepreneur, administrative and customer service experience. Outside of work, she enjoys taking trips with her family and making delicious ice cream!
AMANDA GEISEL
COMPLIANCE SPECIALIST
Amanda is a Clark County native and graduate of the University of Toledo. She brings many years of administrative and accounting experience. Outside of work she enjoys attending her children’s sporting events, traveling and participating in local charitable motorcycle rides.
STEPHANIE BRUNNER, PHR
HR SPECIALIST
Stephanie and her family are transplants to the Dayton area, due to her husband being stationed at Wright-Patterson AFB. She came to 937 Payroll wanting to work for a local company that is active in the community. Outside of work she enjoys baking new recipes, cheering her kids on at their sporting events and spending time with her family.
BRITTANI CALLAHAN, aPHR
PAYROLL SPECIALIST
Brittani brings a diverse background spanning the medical field, education, and finance, giving her a well-rounded and practical approach to her work. She is a two-time graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University, with additional master’s-level coursework in accounting.
When she’s not working, Brittani helps manage her family farm, spends time with her kids, and keeps up with her two dogs—Newt and Gus—who definitely run the household. She also enjoys reading and writing, and was a published author at just 18 years old.
